It has been three years since I switched my career to a full time balloon artist, event entertainer. To tell you the truth,  I had many career reincarnations. My last official employment was in public relations.

Once I fell in love with balloon art, it took me three years to graduate from birthday parties and bar-mitzvahs to a well-regarded corporate event entertainer.

Known as The Russian Queen of Balloons, I entertain by twisting balloon art at high-end events nationwide.

One thing that was going for me is my marketing and PR background.  I understand corporate event goals, be it a party for VIP clients, a special employee appreciation event or a trade show and lead generation event.

Money Magazine: Best places to live 2007 are great.. But I love my Miami

I guess there are a lot of things that were taken into an account by Money Magazine when they declared the best places to live in 2007 earlier this morning. But I say and feel free to quote me on this; I wouldn't give up my Miami for any other piece of paradise.

Yes, Miami is too hot and congested and not even entirely safe, but I just love this city. Maybe because I just love cities, even when they usually don't provide the peace and serenity that everyone is longing for.

But there is a serene beauty in Miami too. Being an entertainer and traveling all over Miami, I  discovered so many awesome places that most people never get to see because they are just amazing small street corners or little neighborhood ponds and are not listed in any guides….

Bling H2O: I don't understand why there are so many angry people?

I don't understand why there are so many clearly angry posts about Bling H20, a new bottled water for the super-luxury market which retails for $50-90 a bottle. It is reportedly super purified and comes in a bottle encrusted with Swarovski Crystals   If nothing else, I think it is a clever study in marketing and an un-filled needs. Who knew that the market can absorb another bottled water and at THAT price?  Now we know...

Balloon Art.. Taryn Southern.. My Balloon Parody of Taryn

American Idol contestant Taryn Southern was inspired by the "I've Got A Crush On Obama" song to create her parody song "Hott4Hill" in support of Hillary Clinton.

Taryn inspired me to continue my tradition of creating balloon parodies of people who inspire me.  My Borat last year was cute, but I think Taryn came out even cuter. What do ya think?
