Irina, excellent response you gave to what CAN be a legitimate concern about vested interests, motives, etc., in an enterprise or initiative - though I think the thought-pattern of the person who raised the concern says more about the person than about the initiative: perhaps they operate from a model of scarcity, or a zero-sum game. But the fact that the sponsor may sell more books or get more publicity does not in any way mean that someone ELSE will get less out of the initiative. Knowledge is a great thing; the more you share it, the MORE of it there is, not less. So keep on doing what you're doing.
Peace!

What a great point, Patrick! Consider attending yourself next free Strategy Roundtable http://www.sramanamitra.com/entrepreneurship-strategy-roundtables and see if your service/product can be scaled to $1 million in revenues, or you can guide other entrepreneurs to do it. I know you are great at guiding.
